Coffee Break #1

It’s been a long time since I’ve paid a lot of attention to my social accounts or my blog. I don’t post a lot of updates because I like my privacy, and don’t always have a lot to say or write if I’m not doing a lot of cooking. That’s why I don’t post pictures of myself or what kind of job I have. Since I’ve blogged last, the whole world has changed due to a global pandemic. I am still busy with my job because I am working from home, and have been completing my college classes online.

Recently I’ve been seeing a lot of stories in the news about meat shortages, and got to thinking about all the keto people who are probably struggling right now. This got me thinking about Keto But Vegan again, and how much fun I was having just trying recipes out and playing around with food blogging. I’d like to get in to that again as a stress reliever, and I think maybe it could be helpful for people who are looking for plant based keto options at this time.

Anyway, so i decided to move my blog to WordPress. (I was just using blogger.) I’m going to be re-posting all of the recipes I had here, but it may take me a little bit of time. Someone asked about a recipe I haven’t moved yet and I felt kind of bad, but then I realized that the Blogger website is still there – so let me post a link to it here in case you’re looking for something that’s missing.

I’m going to be posting more to my social accounts, and hopefully to my blog as well – though it may not be 100% new recipes. I’ll keep moving my old ones, posting things that I am enjoying, or what recipes I am trying out. I decided to call this type of post a coffee break. Here I’ll update you about things that are going on in my life, stuff I’m working on – or whatever.
